Shipping and Returns


All orders that are over $49 qualify for complimentary UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping!  For orders less than $99 there is a flat rate charge of $4.95.  Your product order ships from our distribution facility in Austin, Texas.  Orders are processed daily and typically ship within 24 hours.  You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as it becomes available.  Shipping delays may occur if a product is out of stock however inventory status is usually indicated on the website prior to purchase.  You will receive an email notification if there is any delay in shipping your order.  If you need to cancel your order prior to shipment you will be issued a full refund immediately.  If you cancel the order while it is in transit, you will receive a refund after it has been returned.


If your product is defective (does not work properly due to material damage or workmanship), we've got you completely covered!  Just let us know and we will set up a replacement or a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.  You must receive an RMA # (Return to Manufacturer Authorization) from customer service before returning your order.  After 30 days, repair or replacement will be determined by the warranty policy of the manufacturer.

For all other returns, the products must be in new, unused condition and have all materials and original packaging.  If your order qualified for free shipping, this will be deducted from the final credit amount.  Restocking fees up to 10% may apply if the order is outside of the normal return time.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected and processed (typically less than 48 hours).  Once approved, the credit will post to the original credit card or method of payment used within 5 business days.  Depending on your bank, there may be additional delays until the credit posts to your account.
